  1. Program description

    The Arganosa SMS Program ("the Program") has two separate types of automated text messages:

    Transactional messages: one-time passcodes (OTP) and two-factor authentication codes, account verification and security alerts, order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, payment notifications and customer-service messages.

    Marketing messages: recurring promotional messages, including offers and discount codes, new product announcements, restock alerts, abandoned-cart reminders and beauty tips.

  2. How you opt in

    Each message type requires its own consent. You opt in by entering your mobile number on this page and checking the box for each type you want to receive. The boxes are never pre-checked, and you may choose transactional messages, marketing messages, or both. After you sign up, you'll receive a confirmation text message. Consent to transactional messages is not consent to marketing messages, and consent to either is not a condition of any purchase.

  3. Message frequency

    Transactional: message frequency varies based on your account activity, orders and the codes or alerts you request.

    Marketing: recurring messages; message frequency varies.

  4. Cost

    Arganosa does not charge for the Program. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you, according to your mobile carrier plan.

  5. How to opt out

    You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages of that type will be sent. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop one-time passcodes or other transactional messages you specifically request. To rejoin, sign up again on this page.

  7. Supported carriers

    The Program is available on major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  8. Privacy

    We respect your privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through the Program will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, solely for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  9. Security

    Arganosa will never ask for your password or full payment-card details by text message. Never share your one-time passcodes with anyone.

  10. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

  11. Changes

    We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
