SPHINXADS LLC does not charge you for sending SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a message. After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages covered by that opt-out request unless you provide consent again.

Opting out of marketing SMS messages does not automatically prevent you from requesting an individual verification code or another necessary transactional message.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for purposes unrelated to providing the SMS program.
We retain SMS consent, withdrawal and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our messaging services, demonstrate compliance, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
SMS messages may not be encrypted and may be visible to anyone who has access to your mobile device. You are responsible for keeping your device and messages secure. We will never request passwords, full payment-card details or other highly sensitive account credentials through an unsolicited SMS message.
By providing a mobile phone number, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorised user of that number and are authorised to provide the applicable consent. You must notify us or update your information if your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person.
We may share personal data with Stripe, Google, Meta, TikTok, Hotjar, shipping providers, telecommunications providers, mobile network operators and SMS messaging providers. These providers may process personal data only as necessary to provide payment processing, analytics, marketing, order fulfilment, website functionality and messaging services on our behalf, subject to applicable contractual and data-protection safeguards.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
Order data is retained for 6 years; marketing data until consent is withdrawn; cookie and session data for up to 13 months or per browser session.

These Terms apply to all sales and use of the website operated by SPHINXADS LLC.
All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices include applicable VAT. Orders are confirmed by email.
Processed securely via Stripe. Payment is required before shipment.
Products are shipped to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United States and Canada using third-party providers. Delivery times vary.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. The refund includes the product and the standard shipping cost. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Contact customer service to initiate a return.
All website content is owned by SPHINXADS LLC and may not be used without permission.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
If you choose to receive SMS messages from Arganosa, the following terms apply. Arganosa may send:
Authentication and security messages are sent only when requested or required to complete a transaction or secure your account. Receiving these messages does not subscribe you to marketing SMS messages.
Consent. By selecting the applicable SMS consent option during registration or within your account settings, you authorise Arganosa to send the SMS messages you have chosen to receive. Transactional SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are collected separately. You may subscribe to either category independently.
Message frequency. The number of SMS messages you receive depends on your account activity, purchases, security requests and communication preferences.
Message charges. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
Opt-out. You may unsubscribe from marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Replying STOP will not prevent the delivery of one-time verification codes or other SMS messages that you specifically request to complete a transaction or secure your account.
Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact our customer support through the contact information available on our website.
Service availability. SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Arganosa is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by mobile carriers or network interruptions.
